1. Website Services
DEANE will design and build the website included in the package selected at checkout. The package description shown at purchase defines what is included.
2. Payment
The full project price is due at checkout before work begins. DEANE is not required to begin work until payment has been successfully received.
3. Client Information
The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, content, images, logos, and other materials needed to complete the website. Delays in providing required materials may delay the project.
4. Revisions & Additional Work
Revisions included in the selected package will be provided as stated at checkout. Requests outside the package, including additional pages, major redesigns, or new features, may require an additional fee. DEANE will notify the Client before performing additional paid work.
5. Approval & Launch
The Client will have an opportunity to review the completed website before launch. Once approved, DEANE may launch the website. Changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work.
6. Monthly Services
Any hosting, maintenance, security, backups, or ongoing website services are separate from the one-time website purchase unless specifically included in the selected package. Monthly services are billed separately according to the plan selected by the Client.
7. Ownership
After the project has been fully paid for and completed, the Client receives the agreed website access and ownership applicable to the platform used. DEANE retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, systems, and resources.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Because website services are custom work, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. If the Client cancels after work has started, DEANE may retain payment for work already performed.
9. Acceptance
By checking the box below, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to this Agreement.
